IP4Teen Creators: from IP in Social Media to Digital Entrepreneurship

09/10/2021 to 09/09/2022

The IP4Teen Creators project will raise awareness about the need of protecting intellectual property in order to boost creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship among young Europeans.
The objective of IP4Teen Creators is to improve the perception of EU youngsters (18-24 years old) about the IP system using social media as both a communication channel and real life examples of how IP is closely related to their day by day activities and early phases of their entrepreneurial initiatives. This general objective is split into three specific objectives:
Raise awareness about the omniscience of IP issues in social media when they are acting as creators/entrepreneurs and when they are mere users.
Improve their knowledge about how to better manage their own creations, naming and other intangibles and how to use third parties´IP rights in social media without infringing them.
Teach how to deal with the most common IP related problems arising in social media
